Immigrations proceedings has to do with being deported from the USA.

F-1 is a NON-IMMIGRATIONS visa, immigrations has nothing to do with it being denied.

If was approved for the F-1 and cane to the USA, did not go to school, and was deported then yes.

Agree with them both.

Thank you! all for your answers.

Once more question i have is, she had couple of F1 interviews before our marriage which were denied and we married a week later. Since we were not married or engaged during her F1 interview, she told the Visa officer that she had no family in the US (including me).

Will that affect in our F2A petition?

Thanks! again.

Being that the marriagw happened about 1 week after denial they may question the validity of the MARRIAGE ....

Wrong.

A denial for a NON-Immigrant F-1 will have no effect of an IR-1 visa petition which is an Immigrant process.

Getting married shortly after a NON-Immigrant visa denial is not a problem.

In this case the consulate had strong suspision of immigration intent so denied the Non-Immigrant F-1 visa.

Thank you RICARDO4EVA2 and YuAndDan for your thoughts.

My spouse never brought up her intention to marry me during her F1 visa interview.

Since i had to be back in the US we married in a hurry so that i can apply for I-130. The marriage was a legitimate marriage and we have the proofs to show it like marriage certificate, pictures, videos of the marriage ceremony etc...

So will it be a problem during the I-130 approval or future visa interview?

Thanks! again.
