valera, No need to make an appointment to do the walk-in FP as long as you have your letter with you. I've never heard from anybody here on VJ that got turned away.

That's great! Hopefully, I'll get mine soon. We had our biometrics taken the same day. Fingers crossed!;)

Just received an email that my case was transferred to my local office! Hoping I'll get my interview letter soon :)

03/2011 Looking into getting dh US citizenship (and just when I thought we were done with all the paperwork! Ha!

It should be nice! I just wished my USCIS local office was the one located in Albany, NY is closer to me than the Federal Plaza office in NYC and FASTER! A fellow March filer already received her interview letter and we took our fingerprints on the same day ( April 20th)..

How can I edit the info I put in the chart? I don't see where I can. I put in that fingerprints were done on April 16, but it was actually April 21 and I wanted to change that.

8-15-2007 Toronto received I-130

8-27-2007 Toronto called to set up I-130 appointment

8-31-2007 Interview at Consulate Approved

9-25-2007 Received Packet 3 in mail

12-9-2007 Received police record (fingerprint version)

1-18-2008 Sent packet 3 back

2-26-2008 heard back from Montreal via email about our interview date
