So hello again to all my fellow VJers! Hope you've all had wonderful and stress free journeys on your way to being together and I wish you all many more years of happiness to come!

Pls I have a question?

1. I arrived USA in November 2009 on 3months B1 Visa from Cameroon. During application of marriage license in Wisconsin, they asked for my Divorce decree that i got served from Cameroon which i have to request for from Cameroon,as Divorce was initiated in July 2009 while still in Cameroon, but finalized at my absence at Dec 2009.I gave them at the county hall, My Us citizen ex-wife also gave her divorce certificate, then we were issued a license. We married in Jan 2010, Big misunderstanding started, didnt know she was into drugs & alcohol until i busted her sharing drugs with her friend a day after our marriage. Talked to her bout it, and asked her nicely to let's both have an HIV test done, cos reserch shows sharing of needle is a way of contacting this Virus, but she went bizzare and refused,so i refused to consumate our marriage, the marriage got nasty, hence we Got the marriage annulled at city hall September 2010. On grounds of Incapability , where I was the respondent in court..Through-out this period, nothing was filled with USCIS. Whilei was busy getting myself ready to go back home cos of the bitter experience i had, then i Found my soul mate 6 months ago,she begged & refused i musnt go back as she & her daughter developed a great bond with me. They r very kind and nice to me. We Love the 3 of us. We live together and about to get married again. Do u think its too close to marry again and wld my annulled marriage count against me during interview, due to the grounds of anullment in Sep 2010 and divorced marriage in Cameroon December?

Please ur contribution wld be appreciated. Thanks

2. What paper-work do think i should produce when i go apply for my new marriage license? My Cameroon Divorce decree in Dec 2009, or September USA annulment paperwork? Doesn't annulment means the marriage never existed/Void? Do i have to ever mention the marriage to USIC at any point during questioning at interview? i would appreciate ur opinion in this as i dont understand & know how this immigration laws works... I am quiet confused, hence i need ur opinios and suggestions.-(

Thanks again. God bless u
