Wrong medical records (is Sandra Pawulski on visajourney??)

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum - I had my K1 medical in Montreal at Medisys back in November. I'm now in the US on my K1, and have just received my EAD (yay!) and am in process for my AOS. I'm also in the process of finding a family doctor. When the file on the CD from Medisys was viewed, it has someone elses chest xray on it. Yikes! This seems like a serious issue with Medisys.. someone else out there has MY xray on their disk. Any idea what I should do? Should I contact Medisys?

Hell yes you need to contact them and correct that now. Not that you need your X ray for AOS but hey not good.

I most definitely would! This is a HUGE security breach. Someone out there has your X-ray which doesn't seem like a big deal but it could EASILY have been your entire medical file or something else.. bad!

Generally US doctors will not take the xray CD from you. My doctor refused to because 1, it was not recent(within a few days of dr appointment) 2, it was not done in the USA and 3, if they need an xray they will have one done themselves.

I would contact Medisys and inform them of the mistake tho.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
