but this time status says "Post Decision Activity", "On August 4, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485....".

this time this is not about card production but they mailed something hopefully lol so it's good lol approved on 29th, it took them 5 days to produce the green card and shipped today lol

Small advice to everyone: After your interview, try to reach out to your IO as often as you can until he/she approves your case. They're also human, and humans are often pretty lazy!

so does anybody know when are we able to apply for citizenship?

my friend says since this is gonna be temporay green card i will have to apply for the permanent card on 2013 then 3 years from that day 2016 is when I am able to apply for citizenship, is that so?

thats a very big lie. you can apply for your citizenship 90day before 07/27/2014 and ur removal of condition from ur GC should be 90days before 07/27/2013. thats what my IO told me during my interview and thats true. you can google it as well

Yup, we can all apply in the year 2014, 3 years after being a permanent resident (if married to a USC). So hope we can all see each other 2 years from now (for ROC) and 3 years from now for Citizenship? xD that would be fun, isn't it!? :D

I won't be going for citizenship since I don't want to lose my Norwegian one, but I'll definitely hang around and I'll see you all for removal of conditions time!

Married since 03/02/2011, AOS from F-1 visa, green card granted 05/24/2011.
Blessed with a healthy baby boy, 08/19/2011! We get to keep our family together! Thank you! smile.png
