How was the driving test? Hope everything went well. I'm applying for Physical Therapist license. It's pretty nerve wracking, I can't wait to pass the test so we could go for our much awaited honeymoon :D

I passed my driving test!! wooohooo!! i'm now all set LOL except for the fact that ssa probably didn't update my name

-__- i need to go back to the office and ask them and bug them D:< the dmv lady told me to bug them because since

my name on the GC changed, it must be changed in the system as well and SSA is just -_- so that's the ONLY problem i have right now ^^

but u know, at least my GC is under my married name just the DL under the maiden xD it doesn't matter as long as i have the DL and i can drive more confidently now xD

so next Monday it's going to be exactly 2 months since I sent my RFE. the website still shows that they're reviewing and I haven't heard anything since except for my EAD card. what should I do? I think I can call them if I don't hear anything for 60 days right?

besides that I actually have good news. i have an interview with the manager of the 5th ave apple store tomorrow! hopefully it will go well and I can start working!!!

Yes, you can call them after 60 days. When they send you an RFE your case is just being held in suspense and is supposed to be resumed from where they left it when they receive your reply. I would call them and ask them what the deal is :)

I also got approved July 13th. Got my two year conditional green card. My wife and me are so happy!!!

2005: Met my wife online, "Habbo Hotel" instantly became friends.

2007: Lost contact with her, as we both lived thousands of miles away.

2010: Regained contact with her, again instantly became best friends.

~At this point we'd talked about visiting the others country~

October 16th 2010: Landed at JFK INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL 2 under Visa Waiver Program.

October 17th 2010: Nicole (now my wife) took me to manhattan and treat me like no other.

November 13th 2010: Got Engaged!

December 17th 2010: We got married!

January 14th 2011: VISA EXPIRED (No AOS papers sent yet)

February 20th 2011: Filed for AOS (Sent in I-130 / I-864 / I-485)

March 7th 2011: Received NOA for I-130 / I-485

April 12th 2011: Medical Sent (ouch the needles)

Had our interview yesterday in Hartford, CT.....Couldnt believe we actually got called in at the appt time! So no waiting thank god! Interview was really simple, the officer hardly looked at any of the documents we brought and we were in and out of there really fast....Not even 2 hours after leaving, we got a email notification stating that card production was ordered :) So happy! Good luck to everyone else that has an interview coming up!!

05/25/08 - Met through friends

08/03/08 - Became an official couple!

11/30/09 - Moved in together!

02/25/11 - Got married in Florida!

03/14/11 - Mailed AOS/AP/EAD to Chicago (Overnight)

03/15/11 - Delivery Confirmation from USPS to Chicago Lockbox

03/18/11 - Official NOA letter recieved in mail! The process is offically in motion :)

08/2008- met in Baltimore. I was on J1. Started dating.
07/2009- I went back to England to finish my BA(Hons)
12/2009- he visits me in England and proposes on new years eve
04/2010- I visit him in Baltimore on B1/B2. We spontaneously get married. I leave to go back to England.
10/2010- he comes to meet my family in Russia. We have our "honey-week"
11/2010- I come to visit on B1/B2 again and he convinses me to stay
