just had a text message this morning that my case has been updated. i opend my case status and it says testing and interview

Entered usa with B2 VISA: 05.23.2010
met my wife: 06.02.2010
Got married : 10.28.2010
sent AOS: 03.11.2011
receieved by USCIS: 03.15.2011
NOA received : 03.26.2011
Case touched : 03.14.2011
Online update: inital review, the notice of action we sent to u was returend as undeliverable by us post authority. call uscis for rectification as this will affect the processing of your case.
called uscis: asking them to resend the notice of action and that i never change address.
Biomeric letter received: 05.02.2011 { for 05.17.2011}
walk in biomeric: 05.04.2011
another biometric letter received: 05.11.2011
went back for biometric centre: 05.12.2011 { was told that my last biometrics was good}
email and text massage recived: 05.14.2010{we have approved your EAC}
EAC received in the mail: 05.14.2011
applied for SSN. : 05.16.2011
Received SSN in mail: 05.21.2011
Tesxt massage: your case have been updated, status change to testing and interview. 07.26.2011

Congratulations!!! We just received and e-mail saying EAD card was ordered/in production!!! :) Come on interview date!!!

Sep 2009- Met at school

November 29 2009- Asked her to be exclusive

July 4 2010- Asked for her hand in marriage

Dec 23 2010- Got married!!!

Mar 10 2011- Filed AOS with USCIS

Mar 11 2011- USCIS received app

April 9 2011- Received NOA for all forms

April 29 2011- Biometrics appointment scheduled

April 19 2011- Successful walk in biometrics in Phoenix

May 15- Received a RFE birth certificate/financial docs

June 9- Sent RFE back

June 13- Received email stating RFE response review

Guys I just got out of the interview she didn't ask anything just when and how we met.....she said she couldn't approve me because the tax of my Co sponsor were for 2009 and said to come tomorrow And drop her in her office so she can approve me she did told me about the removal of the conditions and she make us sign a paper about it and that's it

Congrats!!!

Yes I only submitted 2009 taxes as well because I wasn't required to file for 2010. I decided to file anyway, so I'll be bringing my 2010 tax return with me.

3/13/11 Mailed AOS package (i130, 1485, i765)

3/15/11 AOS package received w/ signature

3/18/11 Checks cashed. Received text/email notices. Package sent to NBC.

3/19/11 All apps touched.

3/23/11 Received i797C Notices for all apps. RD: 3/15/11 PD: 3/17/11

3/26/11 Biometrics appt notice received for i765 for 4/20/11

3/29/11 Biometrics appt notice received for i485 for 4/21/11

4/20/11 Biometrics completed at Brooklyn office on 60th St for i765/i485

5/5/11 EAD (i765) APPROVED!!! No text, email, or website updates.

5/13/11 Received EAD in the mail. Applied for SSN.

5/19/11 Received SS card in the mail. Good work SSA!

5/23/11 Mailed change of address forms: NY to NJ.

5/28/11 Moved to NJ.

6/1/11 Text/email stating interview is 6/30/11!! Yay!!!

6/3/11 Received hardcopy of NJ interview notice at new address.

6/6/11 Received receipt for change of address.

6/30/11 APPROVED!!!! Review coming soon :)

one month and 5 days away

completely off topic, but I clicked on your portfolio link and I noticed your phone number in letters. And just my personal opinion, for people using smart phones (Blackberry in my case) that's not very helpful, because the letters don't correspond to the same numbers. If I were you I would put the actual numbers under the words. I've had to dial "word" numbers before, and I actually have to goolge standard phone image in order to figure out the number.

congrats on the interview date! maybe we'll run into each other at the office :)

Was out of town and had to reschedule BIO apt

I don't remember the exact dates, but it went something like this

Biometrics taken end of Sept

File moved from Vermont to California Center

Green Card Arrived in November

Congrats Luis25! and to all who got their interview dates- congrats and good luck. I only submitted 2009 tax returns but brought 2010 tax returns with me during the interview but she didn't ask for it.

Our journey update:

02/14/2011 Valentine's Day wedding

03/08/2011 Sent I-130, I-485, I-765 to Chicago Lockbox (PO Box address) thru USPS Priority Mail

03/09/2011 Found out this Visa Journey Community

03/10/2011 Package received at 6:48am

03/15/2011 Called USCIS to inform them that all the forms I sent don't have barcodes on 'em, except for I-693, was told to wait for 30 days before we hear from them

04/05/2011 E-notifications received (texts and emails)

04/06/2011 Checks cashed

04/11/2011 Received NOA's for all 3 applications

04/15/2011 Received Biometrics Appointment Notice for I-485 and I-765 (scheduled for 05/09/2011)

04/15/2011 Successful Walk-in Biometrics (05/09/2011 is week of my birthday and we'll be out of town)

04/27/2011 E-notifications received(text and email) EAD Card production in order; Online status for I-765 updated 4/27/11

05/05/2011 Received EAD card

05/06/2011 Applied for SSN

05/16/2011 Received Interview notice scheduled for 06/16/2011 (via e-notifications and USPS mail)

06/16/2011 Interview at San Jose,CA office, went well but no assurance from the IO

06/17/2011 Received e-notifications- I-485 approval and card production ordered :D

06/23/2011 Received Welcome letter, and approval of I-130

06/27/2011 Received GREEN CARD in the mail, it is indeed green!

05/10/2013 Sent in I-751 application to CSC PO box

05/13/2013 Package delivered at 11:28am

Yep, if she said she's gonna approve you when she sees it, then go ahead fix it now :) advanced congratulations! :D

at least we can see things are moving along nicely among the new yorkers! sure NYC is a very busy place.. so that might be the problem before, but at least it's moving now! :D
