Thank you......everything will be fine I have faith in God I have to admit im nervous,I have a big test today of the human heart for school and ###### I couldn't concentrate I was only thinking the left ventricle of the heart and the interview, the aorta its the main artery of the immigration oh geez im failling the test if I keep thinking like that LOL

Lol definitely off topic, but basically the problem is this:

I have the iphone 3g (not 3gs) and installing ios4 slowed my phone down to a snails pace. It runs extremely slow (my wife's iphone 2g is faster) and safari crashes about every 5 minutes.

This is a known issue, and apple recommend that you restore to factory settings and start from scratch rather than restore from a backup, but I haven't gotten around to it yet because that will take hours.

It seems to be a memory problem, whenever I try to load a page that has a lot of pictures or adverts etc, safari just craps out.

I'll get it fixed when I have the time to sit down and start from scratch, but for now I just have to try to get by.

Good news fellow Journeymen (and women)! We had our interview yesterday in Boston and we were approved! So relieved it's over (for now)... Will be putting up a review of the process a bit later. Thanks one and all! All the best to all those waiting for letters and going for interviews!

03/10/11 - AOS package received by USCIS
03/14/11 - Email and Text notification received from USCIS
03/14/11 - Checks cashed by USCIS (got notification from bank on 03/15/11)
03/18/11 - NOA1 received in the mail (all four of them)
03/26/11 - Biometrics received for 04/20 (postmarked 03/23)
04/20/11 - Biometrics done today!
05/09/11 - Got my EAD in the mail today!!!
05/16/11 - Interview letter received for 06/20!!!

Myopia, how's everything going your end?

This stupid cut down mobile site is driving me nuts!

I broke the ethernet port on my laptop, so I can't go online properly until I manage to solder the microscopic wires :(

If I click 'full version', safari just crashes because of stupid ios4

Just waiting for the interview. I have my EAD and SSN and basically have been getting all the joint things that need to be joined together such as health insurance etc(Who knew how confusing the HMO choices could be).

Other than that..its Summer, the kids are about to be off school and regardless of what happens at the end of all this...I need to make sure I dont lose my mind in the next three months! Roll on September!

:ot: I have a LG Lotus and I use mini opera as my browser. Its not the greatest but its defnetly better than what came with my phone. I can not wait for a new phone and Im going with the EVO 3D baby! Why dont you just download another browser like firefox? Safari crashes for me a lot and Im not running the mobile version.

2007: Lost contact with her, as we both lived thousands of miles away.

2010: Regained contact with her, again instantly became best friends.

October 16th 2010: Landed at JFK INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL 2 under Visa Waiver Program.

October 17th 2010: Nicole (now my wife) took me to manhattan and treat me like no other.

November 13th 2010: Got Engaged!

December 17th 2010: We got married!

January 14th 2011: VISA EXPIRED (No AOS papers sent yet)

February 20th 2011: Filed for AOS (Sent in I-130 / I-864 / I-485)

March 7th 2011: Received NOA for I-130 / I-485

March 18th 2011: Biometrics taken

March 26th 2011: RFE MEDICAL

April 12th 2011: Medical Sent (ouch the needles)

Congrats, that's great. My husband got his EAD about 5 weeks ago, then we moved to another state 2 weeks after that, and he just got hired yesterday! Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy! :D

This post is like not really off topic, but I just want to say that I did not regret even for a second that I have joined this community. You guys have been my stress reliever. It's really nice to see other people's journey, and go along with them. See their improvements, etc. This is not just monitoring each other's case status, but we have shared some thing more :) I'm really thankful! (Especially in this thread! this is like my home thread! LOL)

I just can't wait to see everyone who joined this thread to have an "APPROVED!!" status! :) It just proves that no man is an island..LOL <3

PS: I really don't think I couldn't have done it (as smooth as possible) without your support!! :D (idk why i got cheesy and i feel the need to post this xD) i will probably see some of you in the ROC thread in the next two years, yeah? ^^

Guys I just got out of the interview she didn't ask anything just when and how we met.....she said she couldn't approve me because the tax of my Co sponsor were for 2009 and said to come tomorrow And drop her in her office so she can approve me she did told me about the removal of the conditions and she make us sign a paper about it and that's it

jahbeauty i just got an email and my interview is the same day as yours!

For my fellow New Yorkers I live in Brooklyn, and I think the interview will be at Federal Plaza. I guess things are starting to move a bit in the city as well. Good luck to us all!

07/09/2013 - Mailed ROC packet to VT SC

07/11/2013 - NOA1 date for ROC

08/13/13 - Bio appointment

Was out of town and had to reschedule BIO apt

I don't remember the exact dates, but it went something like this

Biometrics taken end of Sept

File moved from Vermont to California Center

Green Card Arrived in November

Sorry to hear that but it looks like everything else is fine...

This is what makes me a bit nervous about my wife's AOS... My taxes were from 2009 because we filed AOS a month before I filed my 2010 taxes.. I think I'm going to go ahead an order my 2010 tax transcript now just to be safe...
