I would say have them notarized to be on the safe side....can't be rejected if it's notarized, so just play it safe!

Thank god im approved! We got there at 10am, 10:45am is our interview appt but they called us in at 11:15am, me and my wife raised our right hands and the IO swore us in. The IO asked for our Ids passports and naturalization cert of my wife then she asked basic questions like how we met, where we had our first dinner date etc. The lady looked strict and so serious, so that made me a lil bit nervous and intimidated but i kept my cool and confidence. So after she verified our files and asking questions, she asked for our photos. Good thing we brought a photo album! She also asked whos the people with us in the photos. The IO left for a bit to make photocopies of our photos and rental agreement and she asked us if she can keep the phone bills, bank statements, and we said yes. When she came back she asked our lawyer if he already told me about the 2year conditional, she gave us a form that says 2year conditional and it says im granted a permanent residency, me and my wife signed the form! It took around 20 minutes.. Finally, no USCIS for 2years lol!
