Ok I got te same notice this morning. But I haven't even received my biometrics appointment letter yet. Glitch with the system? Or does this mean the appointment letter is on it's way?

On May 5, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

My 485 update says, "testing and interview"

I received the same update yday on my I-765, email/ text/ case status online. I-485 hasn't been touched since 4/07, just says initial review. I'm hoping to get my interview letter soon, and also my ssn.

Just got an email that they order production on my card. Can't wait to get it in my hand. They order it on the may 11, 2011. SO HAPPY!!!!!

UGHHHHHH Just received an RFE email from USCIS about my I-485. I wonder what else they need from me? I mean, I was pretty sure I sent EVERYTHING needed, I triple checked everything before sending. I'll either need more financial proof, or they just lost one of the documents that I've sent. Anyway, I'm waiting for the mail. This really sucks, I'm so unlucky

I got a RFE too. It was for my I-693 that i already had sent. Hope it just something minor.

AT 11:45 PM i have received this email (also received a text that says there's an update on my status, it's just for I-765)

this is really very late, i mean lol I have already received the card they update the web site a week after.

also now web site status is updated too for the I-765

Ditto. Except the date on my email/text says May 11, 2011. The website status has been updated to Post Decision Activity. Hahaha

I see a lot of people got their EADs this week. I did too, a day shy of 2 months from the priority date. And also no updates on line, no texts, no emails.

dsjmcr - thanks for the welcome earlier, we do have the exact time line and I guess we were at the same place on the same date to have our prints done. It will be interesting to see if all the New York interviews will come around the same time like the EADs.

Ugghhhh. Sorry. Hopefully it's something minor. But at least you know it's being processed, right? Better than sitting on someone's desk with no updates. And maybe it'll get pushed along after you respond. Be hopeful. I don't believe in luck.

I entered US as a tourist SEPT 7 2007. When i file AOS app, it was received MARCH 7 2011 and they scheduled my AOS interview JUNE 7 2011. -(7,7,7)

I met my wife NOV 29 2009. The notice date of our forms is March 29 2011 and notice date for AOS interview is April 29 2011. -(29,29,29)

I received my biometrics letter APRIL 4 2011 and I received Interview letter MAY 4 2011 and my favorite number is 4. (4,4,4)

Interesting, isnt it? I dont know if its coincidence or what. But it doesnt really matter, im just kinda amazed that the numbers matched. LOL

For those who have already applied for their ssn#. Did you check the box that stated Legal Alien allowed to work or other?

I mean I am still out of status even though I am allowed to work so I dont know which to check?
