Received my EAD/AP in the mail yesterday - pleasant surprise!

Still can't see any status updates online though (& didnt get the text/email notifications for the EAD/AP)... but good news though!

Progress!

12/4/10 - Married
03/9/11 - AOS package sent via USPS
03/10/11 - AOS package received by USCIS
03/14/11 - Email and Text notification received from USCIS
03/14/11 - Checks cashed by USCIS (got notification from bank on 03/15/11)
03/18/11 - NOA1 received in the mail (all four of them)
03/26/11 - Biometrics received for 04/20 (postmarked 03/23)
04/20/11 - Biometrics done today!
05/09/11 - Got my EAD in the mail today!!!
05/16/11 - Interview letter received for 06/20!!!
06/20/11 - Interview done, APPROVED! 2 year Green Card!

4/27/13 - I-751 Package for ROC mailed

4/29/13 - I-751 Package delivered by USPS to VSC

5/12/13 - NOA in the mail (dated 4/30/13)

Where are you filing from?? That is good news to hear! Gives the rest of us who are still waiting for EAD/AP hope!!

05/25/08 - Met through friends

08/03/08 - Became an official couple!

11/30/09 - Moved in together!

02/25/11 - Got married in Florida!

03/14/11 - Mailed AOS/AP/EAD to Chicago (Overnight)

03/15/11 - Delivery Confirmation from USPS to Chicago Lockbox

03/19/11 - NOA Text recieved from USCIS

03/18/11 - Official NOA letter recieved in mail! The process is offically in motion :)

03/26/11 - Received Biometrics Appt in Mail- April 11!

04/01/11 - Successful Biometrics Walk-In- East Hartford, CT

05/03/11 - EAD/AP approval

06/14/11 - Email notification of Interview on July 20!

My filing location is the Boston office

I might be wrong but isnt it the NBC that processes the EAD/AP and it's independent of the Local offices? Right? Or Wrong? I was just mulling over this while I was wondering how long my EAD/AP would arrive

When I looked at the card, the valid from date is 4/28 meaning it was approved within a week of my Biometrics...

12/4/10 - Married
03/9/11 - AOS package sent via USPS
03/10/11 - AOS package received by USCIS
03/14/11 - Email and Text notification received from USCIS
03/14/11 - Checks cashed by USCIS (got notification from bank on 03/15/11)
03/18/11 - NOA1 received in the mail (all four of them)
03/26/11 - Biometrics received for 04/20 (postmarked 03/23)
04/20/11 - Biometrics done today!
05/09/11 - Got my EAD in the mail today!!!
05/16/11 - Interview letter received for 06/20!!!
06/20/11 - Interview done, APPROVED! 2 year Green Card!

4/27/13 - I-751 Package for ROC mailed

4/29/13 - I-751 Package delivered by USPS to VSC

MAY 04 2011 - Received Initial INTERVIEW LETTER!

MAY 13 2011 - Received EAD/AP card. Applied for SSN

MAY 19 2011 - Social Security card arrived

JUN 07 2011 - AOS INTERVIEW - Approved!!!!

JUN 10 2011 - Card production ordered!!

JUN 15 2011 - GREEN CARD Arrived!! :)

Ok.. So many people are getting interviews already. My wife and I filed in march, sometime around the middle of the month. We received the reciept letters and they have cashed the check and we have gotten nothing since. We have no biometric notice/appointment or anything at all.

Is there anything to be worried about, anything we should do? Did they lose our stuff or what?

We mailed everything to the Chicago lockbox and our local USCIS office is in Los Angeles, I think.

I was wondering the same thing about the NBC...Everyone keeps associating the fast EAD/AP's with Cali but they are all processed at the same place so its probably just coincidence .....Congrats though! Hoping outs comes this week otherwise we are gonna have to take a chance on an Infopass appt for expedite :/

Our biometrics was done on 4/20 and nothing since. No touches. Nothing. Really need the EAD!!!! And my hubby just recertified his EMT license and did well enough to qualify to be an instructor. We could really use extra money. Please come EAD! Please!!!

3/13/11 Mailed AOS package (i130, 1485, i765)

3/15/11 AOS package received w/ signature

3/18/11 Checks cashed. Received text/email notices. Package sent to NBC.

3/19/11 All apps touched.

3/23/11 Received i797C Notices for all apps. RD: 3/15/11 PD: 3/17/11

3/26/11 Biometrics appt notice received for i765 for 4/20/11

3/29/11 Biometrics appt notice received for i485 for 4/21/11

4/20/11 Biometrics completed at Brooklyn office on 60th St for i765/i485

5/5/11 EAD (i765) APPROVED!!! No text, email, or website updates.

5/13/11 Received EAD in the mail. Applied for SSN.

5/19/11 Received SS card in the mail. Good work SSA!

5/23/11 Mailed change of address forms: NY to NJ.

5/28/11 Moved to NJ.

6/1/11 Text/email stating interview is 6/30/11!! Yay!!!

6/3/11 Received hardcopy of NJ interview notice at new address.

6/6/11 Received receipt for change of address.

Quick question when I did my fingerprint, the officcer said if I don't get a ead between the 90 days limit; I can get a interim ead but when the countdown start.

Your husband its a emt? That's awesome I took the class but I couldn't get license because you need a ssn I need to re do it again just waiting for my ead to do it!!

Question for people who contacted their congressman. What did you write in your emails/letters? I sent an email to my districts congresswoman yesterday but there wasn't a privacy form(some mentioned this) or anything, it was just a contact form and I explained that I walked in to my biometrics rather than waiting and asked if there's anything she can do to expedite the EAD production. since i only sent yesterday there's no reply but does it really help?

Hmmm I don't know about needing a SSN to get a license. He sure doesn't have one. Maybe it's a state rule? He was able to take the class and get his license as he was volunteering at his campus' EMS service. They paid for the course. We are AOS for him from F-1.

Your interview is SCHEDULED! Please, please, please be happy for that! The EAD won't even matter when you're approved :)
