hello march filers! today is my bday and today i got my employment authorization card! great bday gift!! :)

Happy Birthday! Congrats on your EAD. My birthday is tomorrow and I got my EAD today :dance: Awesome birthday gift indeed!

02/14/2011 Valentine's Day wedding

03/08/2011 Sent I-130, I-485, I-765 to Chicago Lockbox (PO Box address) thru USPS Priority Mail

03/09/2011 Found out this Visa Journey Community

03/10/2011 Package received at 6:48am

03/15/2011 Called USCIS to inform them that all the forms I sent don't have barcodes on 'em, except for I-693, was told to wait for 30 days before we hear from them

04/05/2011 E-notifications received (texts and emails)

04/06/2011 Checks cashed

04/11/2011 Received NOA's for all 3 applications

04/15/2011 Received Biometrics Appointment Notice for I-485 and I-765 (scheduled for 05/09/2011)

04/15/2011 Successful Walk-in Biometrics (05/09/2011 is week of my birthday and we'll be out of town)

04/27/2011 E-notifications received(text and email) EAD Card production in order; Online status for I-765 updated 4/27/11

05/05/2011 Received EAD card

05/06/2011 Applied for SSN

05/16/2011 Received Interview notice scheduled for 06/16/2011 (via e-notifications and USPS mail)

06/16/2011 Interview at San Jose,CA office, went well but no assurance from the IO

06/17/2011 Received e-notifications- I-485 approval and card production ordered :D

06/23/2011 Received Welcome letter, and approval of I-130

06/27/2011 Received GREEN CARD in the mail, it is indeed green!

I-751

05/10/2013 Sent in I-751 application to CSC PO box

05/13/2013 Package delivered at 11:28am

We have our interview scheduled for June 3rd! Now if only EAD would come...

Oct. 2005- introduced by a mutual friend, hubby was living in Jamaica at the time, we become friends

Aug. 2007- hubby arrives to US on a J1 visa

May 2010- reconnected after losing touch for a few years, our relationship blossoms

Nov. 2010- hubby relocated to the Midwest so we can live together

Jan. 2011- I'm pregnant!

Feb. 2011- married on Valentine's Day!

3/14/11 Sent off I-485/I-130/I-765 to Chicago Lockbox

3/16/11 AOS package received

3/18/11 Text message notification that our package was received and I797 is coming in mail.

3/22/11 checks cashed

3/26/11 NOA1 hardcopy arrive for 1-485, I-130, I-765

3/31/11 biometrics letter arrives; appointment set for 4/25

4/7/11 biometrics walk-in; Indianapolis Field Office

5/12/11 EAD card arrived

6/3/11 Interview APPROVED!!!

6/16/11 Greencard arrived

Ugh. LOL! While I'm glad we've got our interview date, we really, REALLY need the EAD. My husband had a job and started working, but had to stop because his work visa expired. He was told to come back once he had employment authorization. I'm going to have to take a day off work in the last few days of school to go to the interview, my principal is going to love that.

well its been well over a month now and I'm still yet to receive a biometrics letter. last week I gave them a call and requested a service. so hopefully they can figure out what's goingon with my application. I really hate this...
