Congrats!!! It must be so exciting...are you going to start looking for a job right away or wait until the EAD card comes through and get a SSN?

i think ill just wait for the ead to be in hand.. :)

congrats again dude

our timelines almost exactly identical, sent and received days. only they received yours on 10th and mine on 11th. aaah nothing for me so far

a friend of mine who lives in nyc, filed aos last november or december, has her ead received last feb and no interview letter yet.. just pray hard coz everything is possible with GOD! :)

wow man that's terrible, 3 months for EAD and almost 6 months and no interview god i am getting scared by the day ....

we are like 5-6 people from nyc here and nobody received anything so far.

I got my e-notifications (text & email) today at 4:15PM, EAD card production in order! :dance: I called my hubby right away! We're both so happy and excited. I'll finally be able to start my job hunting while waiting for the card and eventually apply for a SSN. Hope all other March filers get their EAD's and interview letter soon. I guess the early walk-in biometrics helped in my case. I wouldn't have known about it if not for this forum. Good luck to us all!

03/08/2011 Sent I-130, I-485, I-765 to Chicago Lockbox (PO Box address) thru USPS Priority Mail

03/09/2011 Found out this Visa Journey Community

03/10/2011 Package received at 6:48am

03/15/2011 Called USCIS to inform them that all the forms I sent don't have barcodes on 'em, except for I-693, was told to wait for 30 days before we hear from them

04/05/2011 E-notifications received (texts and emails)

04/06/2011 Checks cashed

04/11/2011 Received NOA's for all 3 applications

04/15/2011 Received Biometrics Appointment Notice for I-485 and I-765 (scheduled for 05/09/2011)

04/15/2011 Successful Walk-in Biometrics (05/09/2011 is week of my birthday and we'll be out of town)

04/27/2011 E-notifications received(text and email) EAD Card production in order; Online status for I-765 updated 4/27/11

Wow Congratulation Everyone!!! It seems like A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE GETTING EAD APPROVED!

Congrats again... I'm happy with my interview letter and i am hoping to get the EAD card before the interview! Next week is going to be a month since i did the walkin!

03/08/2011 - (Day 01) - AOs Package Delivered

03/20/2011 - (Day 12) - NOA1 received via SMS & Email

03/23/2011 - (Day 15) - Checks cashed $1490, all Is Touched

03/23/2011 - (Day 15) - NOA1 hard copies received via mail

03/30/2011 - (Day 18) -Biometric Appointment received (for I-765 and I-485, Original Date: 4/19/11)

04/04/2011 - (Day 23) - Walk-in Biometric Successful (for I-765 and I-485)

14/04/2011 - (Day 33) - Interview Letter arrived Date May 23 At 2pm.

14/05/2011 - (Day 66) - EAD ordered it said it was on May 11 now it says on the 16 weird.

19/05/2011 - (Day 71) - EAD Receieved in the mail

19/05/2011 - (Day 71) - Applied for Social Security number

We received an email/text on April 26th that my hubbys EAD card was in production and he just did his biometrics last Friday(April 22.) :D :D :D :D

K1 Visa Process

12/24/07-Engaged to my fiance

4/17/08-Went for his K1 Interview in Juarez and was given the 3 year ban

11/22/10-Called Operator and was told about the new 1yr vs 3 yr ban. Scheduled a new appt.

1/10/11-Called new # and was given Visa appt for Feb 4,2011!!!

2/4/11-Visa Interview at 1:15PM

2/8/11-3rd Interview at 8:00AM-APPROVED!!

2/9/11-Received DHL Package with Visa

2/10/11-Crossed the border and flew into DFW

AOS and EAD Process

2/20/11-Got Married

3/1/11-Filed for SS Card

3/3/11-Mailed in AOS and EAD paperwork

3/14/11-Recieved NOA for AOS and EAD

3/18/11-Case Transferred to CSC

3/21/11-Received SS Card

3-23-11-Received NOA for AOS Transfer to CSC

3-28-11-Received Biometrics Appt for EAD and AOS(Scheduled for 4/22/11)

4-22-11-Biometrics

4-26-11-EAD Card Production Ordered

5-6-11-EAD Card Arrived

5-9-11-Greencard APPROVED(No Interview)

We received an email/text on April 26th that my hubbys EAD card was in production and he just did his biometrics last Friday(April 22.) :D :D :D :D

Congrats, but you should be posting in the other Adjustment of status, this thread is for people adjusting from student, work or tourist visa. Thanks. :)
