Well us being transferred shouldn't get anyones hopes up. Lots of people who are having interviews are getting approved faster than those of us who may not. Also-- getting transferred does not guarantee no interview, and a handful of people adjusting for your types of visas have been transferred too, so you can't really predict the progress of your case based on anyone else's. But anyway, if it is upsetting you or getting your hopes up, then no problem, I won't post here anymore. thank you for your input and best of luck to you. :)

I haven't updated my status in a while so since I had some time now I did it. I received paper notifications in the mail for all applications and Monday I received a letter about my alien registration number which I thought didn't exist but they just sent me a mail saying that I have one and they gave it tome. th letter said it won't slow down the progress though which is good. I'm yet to receive a biometrics date

N-400 Progress

I'm an AOS March 2011 filer and it's been a long wait...

...my EAD approval notification (e-mail and USCIS website updated) today! :thumbs:

It took 49 days after my NOA for my EAD to be approved. I was getting anxious because the USCIS website never touched my case ever since 3/11. The card is in production so it should take 30 days maximum for the EAD card to arrive in my post box. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will arrive soon :star:

I`M SO ECSTATIC! Best Friday EVER...feels like an Easter present :luv: More than anything it seems like a heavy burden is lifted off my back :)
