Hi, I'm a March 2011 filer. Surprised to see some people had their EAD approved already! Congrats. Let's keep our fingers crossed for everyone ;)

Had my biometrics in Pittsburgh today! :) Seeing the office made me wish I'd tried a walk-in earlier - it was completely empty. Didn't look like they'd had a lot of people earlier, either. The guys took their time, chatted with us and took several photos so I could choose which one I'd like to use. XD

Married since 03/02/2011, AOS from F-1 visa, green card granted 05/24/2011.
Blessed with a healthy baby boy, 08/19/2011! We get to keep our family together! Thank you! smile.png

Feb. 01 - Notice Date NOA1 for both I485 and I765 [DAY 08]

Feb. 14 - NOA2 for Biometrics Appt. for March 2. [DAY 21]

Mar. 02 - Biometrics Appt. Done. [DAY 37]

Mar. 29 - EAD Card Production Email Notice and Online Case Status [DAY 64]

Apr. 01 - EAD Card Production Email Notice - AGAIN -_____- [DAY 67]

Apr. 04 - EAD Approval Email Notice [DAY 70]

Apr. 06 - EAC card received in the mail!!! :D [DAY 72]

Jun 19, 2014 - check cashed

Jul 15, 2014 - received notice that my application is being reviewed

October (cannot remember the date) - Placed in line for interview

December 8, 2014 - Interview date (passed)

December 12, 2014 - Oath!

oh lmfao!!! i like that last bit you added..i wish they did that with me xD cause my photo was so crappy..looked like i have a ton of hair on just my right side.. i looked funny -_- but at least you've got a chance to pick xD you'd be proud of your gc and ead cards xD!

There was no way to save my picture and she did asked me if it was okay.

I asked her if she had photoshop(and I wasn't joking)

Unbelievable that my journey took this long but Im thankful

03/14/11 - Checks cashed by USCIS (got notification from bank on 03/15/11)
03/18/11 - NOA1 received in the mail (all four of them)
03/26/11 - Biometrics received for 04/20 (postmarked 03/23)
04/20/11 - Biometrics done today!
05/09/11 - Got my EAD in the mail today!!!
05/16/11 - Interview letter received for 06/20!!!
06/20/11 - Interview done, APPROVED! 2 year Green Card!

4/27/13 - I-751 Package for ROC mailed

4/29/13 - I-751 Package delivered by USPS to VSC

I am a March filer (March 4th) and my AOS was approved a few days ago!

I applied to the Vermont Service centre but was transfered to California after my biometrics (March22 nd) and approved 2 weeks later with no interview.

I am waiting for my card now.

I am a March filer (March 4th) and my AOS was approved a few days ago!

I applied to the Vermont Service centre but was transfered to California after my biometrics (March22 nd) and approved 2 weeks later with no interview.

Wow that's crazy!! Congratulations! We were transfered to CSC on March 24th... Hope we hear something soon, too!!

Yes,they are both K1 :) So their process is a bit different than ours, who are AOSing from work/student/tourist/vwp. We will all have interviews, and it will most likely take longer between our AOS submission to approval for them, as they have already done a bulk of the waiting at the K1 phase.

Helen, why did you file at VSC? Mine was sent to Chicago...?

Everyone filing from k-1 should be posting in the other adjustment of status forum, i don't mean to be rude, but this forum is for people who are adjusting from work visa, tourist visa etc..so when you post about getting your AOS approved without an interview it confuses others (who are adjusting from work or tourist visa) and tend to build their hopes up of not receiving an AOS interview also, when it is highly unlikely. Thank you :)

also a NOA1 merely means anything, it usually doesn't mean anything, unless it's an noa2 and an approval!
