aaaah guys let us know if anything changes on your status, touches or anything.

monday april 11th it'll be a month for me, lol..... my papers went into the system on march 11th. no touches since 17th (the day checks were cashed)

by the way this is far the longest thread almost on the site :)

Whoa! Successful biometrics this morning for both the i-765 and i-485. :thumbs:My biometrics was supposedly on April 29, 2011 only for the i-765 since I don't have the letter of appointment yet for the i-485, but, I tried early walk-in today at the Oakland ASC. Most people say Oakland ASC doesn't take early walk-in, but well, I gave it a try, and the African American guard didn't even bother looking at my appointment letter.:wow: I just gave him a big smile :yes: and he handed me the form to fill-out and a sharpened pencil. And I told the lady who took my form about my i-485 biometrics, and after she looked into her system, she came back to me saying I can already take biometrics for i-485 even without the letter.

@ DOMS!!! You better give it a try!!! :luv:

haha ur funny! you had to make the font size really big lol.. i can give it a try next week but then i notice ppl who did early walk-in didnt get their ead yet. it doesnt seem like it makes a difference if i do it early or not. was there a lot of ppl inside doing biometrics?

March 17, 2011- Checks cashed by USCIS (Day 6)

March 21, 2011- Received NOA1 (Day 10)

April 4, 2011- Received Biometrics for i-765

April 8, 2011- Plan for Early Walk-In, and inquiry about i-485 biometrics (SUCCESSFUL)

April 22- I-485 Touched, I-130 and I-765 (still initial review status)

April 23- Received Appointment Letter for Green Card Interview set on May 24, 2011 (Wish me Luck!!!)

May 12, 2011- Received EAD Card!!!

May 13, 2011- Will go get SSN

May 19, 2011- Got my SS Card in the Mail :)

May 24, 2011- Interview Date for Green Card (Successful!!! Card Production Ordered)

Waiting for the Green Card!!! :):):)

June 2, 2011- GREEN CARD IS HERE!!!

remember about my friend she filed february and did the biometric last march 16. she went on her scheduled biometric appointment. she got her EAD card and interview letter the following friday. her interview is april 28 in san francisco..i am guessing we gona be scheduled for interview end of May.. wishful thinking. hehe

Mines hasnt been touched yet also. My Last updated date on my case status is 3/30/2011..

Im relaxed now coz next step is ead and then interview letter. Im just waiting and keeping myself busy at the same time! :)

Its so exciting knowing that we will get our EADs soon! :D

no she's a visitor who overstayed. she mailed it late january but i think they received it feb 1. yea her case moved fast and she didnt rush the biometrics so i was thinking of just waiting for my appoinment also. she was even worried that her case number were not showing up online.

i mailed mine jan 24 and they received it jan 27th and until now it's still under initial review -_- i guess it had to do with luck as well xD!!!! mine's at the NBC..which i think is making it slower -_-'

I'm new to this thread so here is a quicky about my case. My wife and I filed for AOS from F-1 on March 10th and USCIS received and signed for it on March 11th. We heard nothing until March 9th when we received all of the receipt notices by mail. Now we are just waiting for a notice on when her biographic information appt. is going to be.

Sep 2009- Met at school

November 29 2009- Asked her to be exclusive

July 4 2010- Asked for her hand in marriage

Dec 23 2010- Got married!!!

Mar 10 2011- Filed AOS with USCIS

Mar 11 2011- USCIS received app

April 9 2011- Received NOA for all forms

April 29 2011- Biometrics appointment scheduled

April 19 2011- Successful walk in biometrics in Phoenix

May 15- Received a RFE birth certificate/financial docs

June 9- Sent RFE back

June 13- Received email stating RFE response review
