By this time tomorrow I will be an official March 2011 filer!!!!! The packet is ready to go. The only decision I have left is UPS or USPS!

same here lol

we are still working on the documents tonight, we are gonna send it off with USPS though, they can deliver pretty fast too if you pay enough money lol and certified of course

by the way sending address not the same right? for ups/fedex vs USPS?

UPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Box. Use the PO box address if you use USPS, the other one for UPS or Fedex.

For courier/express mail there is one address and the Lockbox address is for regular/priority mail.

My husband just woke up and looked at the computer screen...I know he was thinking :blush: she's still on that package!

Glad to have some "filing company" here, it feels like we are not going through the waiting alone :) From what I've gathered, NYC seems to be a good place to be for this. And, of course, one of the best places to be in general! Good luck for filing!

Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum and I am also a March filer. I am a F1 applying for AOS. I sent my AOS packet i130,i485,i765 and 1131 last March 2 and they receied it March 3. But i did not fill up the form to get email or text notifications. I am very anxious and waiting for the NOA in the mail.. How soon were the checks cashed? how soon did you get NOA it in the mail?

probably a week or so to checks to be cashed in, first NOA is a good thing, probably a week and a half for that i suppose

My AOS package was received on March 4th, I got email notification yesterday (4 days later), and NOA hard copy, according to the email, should arrive in 7-10 business days. Checks have not been cashed yet. I wouldn't start worrying yet about the NOA. It'll come. Apparently they send it through regular mail, so it might take a while even after they have sent it for the NOA to make it in your mail box.

vkn & jsb, the express mail and courier address is actually USCIS, FBAS, 131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor, Chicago, IL 60603-5517.. the PO Box is for regular US postal service. I know UPS and FedEx won't deliver to a PO Box, but not quite sure about USPS Express mail. If you went to a postal office to mail it and they said it was fine with a PO Box, then I'm sure there is no problem with it! They wouldn't have taken it with a PO box address if they weren't going to deliver it there.
