Eeek, my online thing changed to "Request For Evidence Response Review."

How will I know if they accept the additional evidence I sent in, or not?! Well, obviously, if they didn't, presumably it would change to RFE again... but I am so nervous!

Married since 03/02/2011, AOS from F-1 visa, green card granted 05/24/2011.
Blessed with a healthy baby boy, 08/19/2011! We get to keep our family together! Thank you! smile.png

Don't know about Queens particularly, but I went to both Brooklyn ASC and the Varick Street ASC in Manhattan with my phone and had no problems. And the Varcik steer location is a federal building where you have to pass through a metal detector right when you walk in, and have your bag screened (in contrast to the Brooklyn one which is a weird place inside a crappy mall..), and no one asked me about the phone..

If you just turn it off before entering so that you don't have to pull it out from your bad inside the office I think you should be fine. They just don't want to see the phones come out when you're in there.

Whoa! Successful biometrics this morning for both the i-765 and i-485. :thumbs:My biometrics was supposedly on April 29, 2011 only for the i-765 since I don't have the letter of appointment yet for the i-485, but, I tried early walk-in today at the Oakland ASC. Most people say Oakland ASC doesn't take early walk-in, but well, I gave it a try, and the African American guard didn't even bother looking at my appointment letter.:wow: I just gave him a big smile  and he handed me the form to fill-out and a sharpened pencil. And I told the lady who took my form about my i-485 biometrics, and after she looked into her system, she came back to me saying I can already take biometrics for i-485 even without the letter.

@ DOMS!!! You better give it a try!!! :luv:
