I feel you. I completed all forms and documents 1-31-11 but i just sent out AOS packet last thursday, 3-3-11 because we had to wait for my sisters w2 since shes my co-sponsor. It took her 1month due to IRS late mail delivery. But its worth the wait and im confident because im pretty sure im not missing any documents needed. Good luck to our journey March filers. Just pray and think positive! ;)

yea it's frustrating because we didn't even know we could've get it while we were there. now it's been 8 days since we're back and still nothing,

We filed march 5th and still waiting for a notification, i am wondering if i will get A RFE because we don't have anything in both our names yet, because we just got married on January 22nd. So we just submitted evidence of the ongoing relationship we had, like letters, emails, receipts of exchanged gifts, letters from family congratulating us on our wedding and phone calls made to each other 6months bfore we met.

did you send any pictures with friends and family, yea let us know about this, if you get any RFE on that, although i doubt

they usually probably require to see those kinda things on the interview

did your wife sponsored you if so, on the 864 paper did she write her full name with your last name or she used her maiden name

i am asking this coz we're debating to use my last name on the 864 paper or her maiden last name, coz she haven't gone to the social security office to change last names and wondering about that.

we did use my last name on every other paper though

Well my lawyer advised us to use the name that we want on our greencard, so use the married name in everything you do. That way it will be easier for you at the social security office.

You need to fill out the G-1145 form for E-notification (to get the email and text notification), and attach on top of your application.

For official letters (such as these cover letters) you always should put your personal information on it. And remember to sign the cover letters too, and date them.
