Another March filer here. AOS package delivered the 3 of March, NOA1 e-notification the 22 of March, no hard copy yet. Good luck everyone :star:

Can I ask how you mailed in your AOS package? I sent mine in by FedEx overnight last Tuesday (March 15), it was recieved on Wednesday the 16th. I'm going on to Day 8 now and still no E-notification or check cashed. I'm starting to think that those who mail by USPS have their applications processed sooner.

04/11/2011 (Day 26) Biometrics Letter Received, Appointment 05/04 for both I-485 and I-765

04/22/2011 (Day 37) Walk-in Biometrics Appointment for both I-485 and I-765

05/13/2011 (Day 59) Email/Text alerts that EAD/AP was approved and mailed

05/14/2011 (Day 60) EAD/AP Combo Card Received

06/24/2011 (Day 102) Received Email Notification of Interview for Aug 1

08/01/2011 (Day 140) Interview, Approved. Card Production Ordered.

I mailed mine fedex overnight and received my NOA1 within 2 business days. But I think I happened to squeeze into a small window of fast notices. I keep hearing of people who filed slightly before or after me that haven't heard anything for about 2-3 weeks. As long as you have confirmation that it was signed for, don't worry!

NOA1 arrived today! :D

Married since 03/02/2011, AOS from F-1 visa, green card granted 05/24/2011.
Blessed with a healthy baby boy, 08/19/2011! We get to keep our family together! Thank you! smile.png

We are having the same ordeal.:yes: I sent mine thru FedEx and it was received 3/14 signed by J.Chyba.Its Day 10 today and still nothing.Lets keep in touch!:thumbs:

Neither; I sent it with UPS.

you guys are funny so what do you guys saying USCIS gives priorities to USPS deliveries because it's a government agency too lol

naah I used USPS but not because of this, lol coz it was cheaper, ups quote me 75 dollars whereas USPS charged me 35 and they did deliver in one business day.

you know case it touched when you see a new date, on the Last Updated column, mines hasn't been updated ever since the day checks were cashed, so no nothing yet, I am sure it's early to expect anything.

and yes everything still says `Initial Review`

Where exactly is the "Last Updated" column on the screen?

2-18-2011 - Day 11[/font]- received NOA 1 in mail for I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

2-22-2011 -Day 15- received biometrics letter -appt March 14

3-10-2011- still cannot see case online although I called USCIS two days ago

3-14-2011- Day 35- Biometrics done on the appointment day

3-24-2011-Day 45-case showing up online!!!! USCIS mailed on 3-23 my interview appt letter- April 26 is the day!

4-1-2011-Day 59- USCIS mailed I-131 approval and ordered production of my new card (I assume the combined EAD/AP)

You have to create a profile / portfolio on USCIS.gov first. If you just check your case status with the recepit number, it won't show you the date your petitions were last "touched". Once you have created a profile, you sign in and you will see all your pending petitions. I've attached an image of what you should be seeing.

yea just like mrs finland told you, well mine's haven't been touched almost 2 weeks now. even after biometrics. but like some says sometimes it doesn't mean anything sometimes it does

hope we will all be touched soon and then once more and once more :D

I created an account on USCIS website but the only receipt that is found is I-485. Does this mean that they have not processed the others (I-130, I-131, I-765)?
