ASC Appointment Notice received

Case Type: I765 Application for Employment Authorization

Appointment date: April 15th 2011

It is for ASC office in West Houston Street, downtown somewhere

It's all good but for date April 15th 2011 hmm 7 days shy from a month away... anyway... I think support centers are so busy....

09/01/2002 - Came to USA on an F-1

03/10/11 - AOS package received by USCIS
03/14/11 - Email and Text notification received from USCIS
03/14/11 - Checks cashed by USCIS (got notification from bank on 03/15/11)
03/18/11 - NOA1 received in the mail (all four of them)
03/26/11 - Biometrics received for 04/20 (postmarked 03/23)
04/20/11 - Biometrics done today!
05/09/11 - Got my EAD in the mail today!!!
05/16/11 - Interview letter received for 06/20!!!
06/20/11 - Interview done, APPROVED! 2 year Green Card!

4/27/13 - I-751 Package for ROC mailed

4/29/13 - I-751 Package delivered by USPS to VSC

5/12/13 - NOA in the mail (dated 4/30/13)

so this biometric appointment says Case type I765 for work authorization so what i am gonna receive another one for I485?

Got the same notice today!!!!!!!!!!!......my biometrics appointment on the 14th and i am guessing i will be getting my work permit after it's done! :dance:

this is all very confusing...lol!

I think i read somewhere on the forums here - that someone received 2 biometrics or had to go get his biometrics done again, i forget! Confused! But we'll see...

12/4/10 - Married
03/9/11 - AOS package sent via USPS
03/10/11 - AOS package received by USCIS
03/14/11 - Email and Text notification received from USCIS
03/14/11 - Checks cashed by USCIS (got notification from bank on 03/15/11)
03/18/11 - NOA1 received in the mail (all four of them)
03/26/11 - Biometrics received for 04/20 (postmarked 03/23)
04/20/11 - Biometrics done today!

Sept. 2010- USC & non-USC introduced by a friend on FB

Oct. 10, 2010- USC & non-USC met

Oct-Nov 2010- dating, fell in love

Nov. 23, 2010- B2 expired

January 11, 2011- married at Christian Church and living together

March 11, 2011- i-485, i-130 & i-765 filed via USPS(Day 1)

March 14, 2011- Packet received at Chicago Lockbox (Day 3)

March 17, 2011- Email Notifications received from USCIS of their receipt of the packet, and transferring to NBC. (Day 6)

March 17, 2011- Checks cashed by USCIS (Day 6)

March 21, 2011- Received NOA1 (Day 10)

April 4, 2011- Received Biometrics for i-765

April 8, 2011- Plan for Early Walk-In, and inquiry about i-485 biometrics (SUCCESSFUL)

April 22- I-485 Touched, I-130 and I-765 (still initial review status)

April 23- Received Appointment Letter for Green Card Interview set on May 24, 2011 (Wish me Luck!!!)

May 12, 2011- Received EAD Card!!!

May 13, 2011- Will go get SSN

May 19, 2011- Got my SS Card in the Mail :)

May 24, 2011- Interview Date for Green Card (Successful!!! Card Production Ordered)

Waiting for the Green Card!!! :):):)

June 2, 2011- GREEN CARD IS HERE!!!

GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME and ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD!!!

i think thats your biometric. You only do fingerprint one time and it going to be for aos, work permit and ead.

Are you sure it's not for both? That's so strange... I got mine today for April 8th and on the notice is has listed both receipt numbers and both barcodes. If not, I bet you will get your next one soon, but I do think that they do both at one appt!

this is really annoying and i hope you are right, harpa timsah also said the same thing, maybe they got separated in the mail, i just hope they are on the same date.

Hi everyone! USCIS hasnt encash my check yet.:angry: This is the only time Im UNHAPPY someone hasnt encash my check yet.:wacko: Hmmn.We didnt sign up for email/txt notification.Silly me or should i blame my husband.:bonk:

05-25-11:email notification received stating interview on 6/24

05-27-11:hardcopy for interview received

06-24-11:done with interview.no approval yet

06-25-11: received EAD card

06-29-11:email received AOS approved and green card is on its way! yay! :)
