how about changing it on a monthly basis to keep the scores more accurate and everyone remains on an even playing field.

general trivia seems to be working for most people. then october's theme can be: music or breakfast foods or whatever! :P

i vote for not changing midstream! :thumbs:

i vote for not changing midstream! :thumbs:

I agree completely with this - change the them on a monthly basis but don't change the rules half way through. That gives people the option to play for the month they feel comfortable with the theme but not pull the rug out from underneath them by changing from something they enjoy to something they know nothing about in mid stream.

Other possible topics: US citizenship questions - maybe of use to those who are moving here and an 'eye opening experience' for the USCs. Other possibilities: General geography, 20th century; current affairs. (Hehehe, I am trying to think of themes of interest to a number of people - if it were up to me the themes would be history, science and ancient civilizations and no music or movies - even the 70s and 80s, hehehe).

Ok then, on October 1st I'd like to do a theme...

Ideas, suggestions anyone? I kinda feel like if I choose then somebody might think I'm only choosing topics I know about, ya know? :hehe:

I'd like to hear some more opinions on whether we should have a theme or not, peeps! I have a niggling in the back of my mind that's saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" too. :unsure:

hehehee if you are addicted to the trivia test - try the insta-tests that are linked below the scores once you finish the official one. They are untimed 10 question tests that change every minute - they are really addictive~!
