I'm putting together the AOS papers for my wife.

She arrived with a K1 and her daughter was included and was granted a visa at the same time but did not come with her mom.

We plan on getting the daughters things processing in the next 2 months since her visa expires in Aug.. 2011.

The daughter has no passport . no physical and no interview.

My Q's is on the I-485 item B. she is listed without an A#..... Is this ok?...

I will list her on the I-864 part 3, item 9... Does anybody see a problem with any of this?

Thanks in advance .

Wait...how can she not have a passport? Where is Visa located?

If she doesn't have a passport, then that is what you should be worrying about first.

No passport = no entrance in U.S.

01/09/09 - Sent I-129F

Visa Approved!

23/07/10 - Arrived in the U.S.

28/08/10 - Got Married

20/10/10 - Sent AOS

04/11/10 - InfoPass Appointment to request an Expedited AP

05/11/10 - Expedited AP Approved! RFE requested for AOS

01/02/11 - RFE sent

01/01/11 - RFE Received

01/12/11 - Biometrics taken

01/28/11 - EAD Approved

02/02/11 - AOS moved to CSC

03/07/11 - Greencard Approved!

K2's don't get an A# until they apply for a green card, so it's ok. It's also correct to list the K2 in part 3, section 9 of her mother's I-864. You'll submit a copy of the her mother's I-864 with the K2's I-485. No I-864 supporting docs needed for the K2.

The daughter must get her visa and enter the US before you can submit her AOS packet.
