Hello All,

My spouse(beneficiary) received DS-3032 form.

After the form is filled, can he scan/email me the form, so that I can mail it to the NVC address specified on the form in US, if he includes me(Petitioner) as an Agent?

If he choses that he does not appoint an Agent or Attorney and receive the mail to him on the form. Can I mail the form being in US?

E-mail address that is provided is nvcinquiry@state.gov and believe it is only for case inquiries. Can this email Id, be used to send the DS-3032 form?

Please advice which is appropriate and appreciate your responses.

Thanks in advance.

Tanvee.

Tanvee.

You can just email the DS-3032 to NVC ( NVCINQUIRY@state.gov) using the beneficiary's email add, but if you insist to mail it you can do it.

Once you emailed the DS-3032 just wait for a few days and NVC will reply on you regarding the acceptance of the COA.
