Adding Proof of Relationship after NOA1

I have already sent I-129F in and received NOA1. However, I grow more nervous that I have not put enough Proof of Relationship. I know this is probably normal to feel this, but I want to add more proof to my paperwork now. My Question: Can I send more proof to UCSIS before NOA2??? And if I can, how??? Do I just add cover sheet with my # that USCIS gave me??? Thanks for all answers!!! I wish all the speediest process too.

Or you can wait, when the interview date time comes, send all the proof to your fiancee that he or she can go to interviw with them .

if there's lacking of evidence or mistake,they will send you RFE... just wait maybe everything will be fine... i wish all of us have a speedy journey here,,, i miss my hubbs so much.. *sigh*

You should wait for the RFE. If you do get an RFE, then you can send in additional evidence, and processing time afterwards is generally pretty short. You'll still be at the front of the line for getting your NOA2. I also realized all of the other things I should have included in my evidence months after sending in the I-129F!

Proof of relationship is to be included in Your I-129-F. Passport (Cover to Cover) Pictures together. Motel Reciepts, Any kind of proof within the last 2 years that you have been together.

Once you File your Petition there is no turning back. You maynot get a Request for more Information. But if you do, be complete about proof if this your worry.

If you question the Original petition and its content. They will let you know. Don't worry for now.

Proof of a Realationship is the Main Start and all the rest comes later in a I-129-F Petition.

Your disagreement makes you strongly WRONG.

You need ONLY submit proof of meeting in person at least one time within two years of filing the petition. You do not need ANY proof of "relationship". You could have "met" at a "social", had NO relationship other than shaking hands, exchanging names and posing for a photo and it is sufficient for the petition.

I sent exactly ONE photo and a two sentence description of how we met in person the first time and copies of my passport stamps and boarding passes. That is ALL. No receipts, nothing. There is absolutely NO requirement that you do so.

"Proof of Relationship" is submitted at the interview. SOME people like to provide additional information with the I-129f for the benefit of the consulate (particularly with difficult consulates) and this procedure is called "front-loading" but it is NOT needed for petition approval and has no beneficial affect for the consulate in Kiev, Ukraine, which is not a difficult consulate.

Front-end loading the petition IS suggested for some consulates/countries. Ukraine is not one of those. Phils may be.

Your description would work. Many marriage agencies arrange socials where ALL the woemn meet and have their phtographs taken with ALL the men present. If something develops later the agncy will produce the needed photo (for a fee of course) Letters of intent can be signed and mailed later. The G-325 does not have to be signed, the petitioner can fill it out (I can send you the internal USCIS memo about that if you didn't already know it) You do not need a copy of the beneficiary's birth certificate for the petition. Only the petitioner needs that and ONLY if they are using it to prove citizenship, A copy of your passport works just as well.

Read? The OP asked if he needed additional "proof of relationship" and if he could send it. I answered correctly that he did not need ANY proof of relationship for the petition. The OP has a fiancee from Ukraine. Proof of relationship has NO affect (NONE!) on the approval of a petition. It MAY have an affect in some difficult consulates. The OP is not going through one of those. My answer to the OPs question was correct and is not "bad advice". Pictures of the family of your fiancee would have NO affect on the petition process or on the visa process in Ukraine. Kiev couldn't possibly care less if the beneficiary even has a family.

In the case of the OP, it is not possible to even imagine a need for any proof of relationship submitted with the petition. Save it for the interview.

Your advice confuses the steps in the procedure and I hope it does not cause the OP any unnecessary worry.

To the OP, wait until (and if) you get a Request for Evidence (RFE) to submit additional documentation. Since you already sent the packet you cannot submit additional documents without having had them requested by USCIS. You will need to make sure to submit a variety of evidence to the beneficiary before the interview to prove that you have a bonafide relationship. All of this additional documentation can be brought to the interview, though in most cases the consul will base his or her decision based on the interview and not so much based on the documents (many members report not having needed to show any of the documentation brought in for the interview).

Do send proof!!! I've got an RFE after waiting 6+ months.I will not wish this to nobody.Please send whatever they want you to send.
