I am going on 10 months now and i havent heard anything from them. They told me to wait 60 days but i see the people that applied many months after me they have already been approved. They dont tell me anything besides that i have to wait. What do i need to do to get a stamp on my passport? Can easily travel outside the country with that? If anyone knows whats going on with the wait, please lets us know.

Make sure you speak to a level two Officer (after the level offocer provides you with the mis-information). They are the ones who get the ball rolling.

Please Advise me!!

So after calling every months for the past 10 months to get a status on my case, the person i spoke to told me they are going to interview me. I cant believe it takes them almost a year to let me know. I asked if there was something wrong with the documents i sent and she said it was a random pick.

Now what do i need to be prepare for? What kind of questions are they asking? Has anyone here gone through this interview to remove ur conditional status? Please help :(

hi.. any good news about your green card? . good luck on your interview.

HI Guys,

Can I ask every one who received the approval letter, -If they received the pre-set e-mail& txt message Alert in the same time with the Approval letter.

- If they received the Alert message later with the card production order.

-or even received the Approval letter and the green card ,and still didn't receive the e-mail and Txt message.

Thanks.

updating my status :

since now it has been one year in my case and no decision has still been made. I called uscis to make a service request about my case since its outside the normal processing time I get a letter in the mail saying they need ANOTHER 90 DAYS to make a decision unbelievable. I think I will have to get a extension on my one year since it expires soon. I can't believe these stupid USICS can't make a simple decision on my case and keep extending it longer and longer.

anyone have know why they keep extending it for 90 days and will they ever make a decision on my case. I not a criminal I have nothing to hide i submitted all the papers they asked for. Should I get a lawyer involved in this maybe that will make them think twice and make a decision on my case right away. I've never seen something like this happen before.
