From what I've read, typically after sending in your paperwork, if everything looks okay they'll basically send you a document saying "for 1 year you can travel and work" while the paperwork is processing. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong!

Oct. 2011: permanent GC approved (no interview); rcvd': Dec. 2011

Dec. 2013 - Citizenship application N-400 (90 days to 5 yr. LPR)

Sorry, I deleted my personal data / timeline info because of a crazy person/stalker in the site - you never know what a disturbed person can do...

You can find "Receipt Date" on your NOA letter. Yes, that's your NOA date.
