How do you know when the early BIO is? I haven't received the letter with the appointment date, so I wouldnt even know what location my husband's BIO would take place.

INCT,

You should have received the bio letter by now, keep eye on your mail.

Early bio means people walk into the biometrics appointment location earlier than the assigned date/time to get done. Some people try to do early biometrics as soon as they get the letter while other people wait for the assigned date/time. You do need the biometrics appointment letter to do early bio.

We had early 3 days biometric today 05/02, actual bio was schedule on 05/05/2011 at Atlatna , GA

We just walked to the Atlanta and the nice security guy let us in we went in there 11: 45 and just out by 12:05.

All was smooth and quick even they were busy nad didn't ask any question why early.

Good luck to all. Atlanta, GA is best location to done early bio.

I just checked and a little over half of people who are at Vermont and filled in Nov are approved. Almost none from December. So it seems we can expect approvals and cards around September!

Sounds about right for Sept approval. Realistically, I am aiming August end to mid-September. But this does not stop me from checking case status online everyday :)

Received NOA1 on 2/18/11

I did my biometrics on 3/25/11

Still waiting to hear back from them...

You've cheered me up, U+K. I put in a service request today as well re bio appt. I see we are both in NYC. I guess the Manhattan ASC is just busy.

I think so, too. NYC must have a large number of immigrants. Even so, I can't help but hoping they will be a bit quicker :P

Aye. This is going to take forever. :angry:

I just checked and a little over half of people who are at Vermont and filled in Nov are approved. Almost none from December. So it seems we can expect approvals and cards around September!

What number did you call? I am in the same boat - still no bio appointment and based out of NYC. I will be much more concerned about the delay when I see an April filer having received a VSC bio letter. At this point, it seems VSC April filers have no bio appointments.
