I am waiting for this year to pass so I can file for citizenship and then the process will be complete :)

I still have my fingers crossed for all of you who are waiting and you should soon have your card.

Timeline:

K1 - Fiance Visa

05/15/08: Filed for K1

12/01/08: Interview Scheduled for 9:00 AM at US consulate Chennai

12/01/08: Approved at 11:30 AM

12/04/08: Got the passport with the VISA stamped :D

12/09/08: Got on the airlines and arrived at LAX at 6:15 PM POE took 4 mins

01/27/09: The big day - WEDDING

01/28/09: Applied for SSN

02/12/09: Got SSN in the mail

02/17/09: Got Marriage Certificate

AOS

02/28/09: Filed AP, AOS and EAD

03/13/09: NOA received (AP, AOS and EAD)

03/13/09: Biometrics appointment received

03/18/09: RFE mailed

03/25/09: Biometrics schedule - Done [dint take more than 10 mins including the wait time]

03/27/09: Sent out required info with regard to RFE via Priority mail to Missouri

I was wondering, did you receive your NOA1 on 3/18, or was that the date printed on your NOA1? I ask because the NOA1 date is usually the day the application is delivered to the service center, and 3/9-3/18 seems like a long time for the application to be in the mail.

AOS:

03-20-2009: Married in San Diego (wife: F-1 visa and Chinese citizen, husband: US citizen)

03-29-2009: USCIS received AOS packet

04-03-2009: NOA1 issued

04-23-2009: Biometrics appointment

05-20-2009: EAD received

06-08-2009: Interview, approved

07-06-2009: GC received

ROC:

03-09-2011: I-751 and supporting documentation mailed to CSC via first class mail

03-14-2011: I-751 delivered (5 days to go 55 miles!)

03-16-2011: Check cleared

03-18-2011: NOA received, one year GC extension

04-04-2011: Early biometrics in San Marcos, CA

05-12-2011: Card production ordered! (no email notification, though)

05-17-2011: Approval letter received (approval date 5/12)

April 13, 2009 - Welcome to the USA letter rec'd. PRC to be rec'd within 3 weeks.

April 16, 2009 - 2 yr GC rec'd in mail.

March 2, 2011 - Mailed in I-751 to CSC

March 4, 2011 - I-751 delivered to CSC

March 4, 2011 - NOA issued

March 12, 2011 - NOA received

April 14, 2011 - BIO Appt 5/6/11

May 6, 2011 - BIO done in 10 minutes...no re-takes this time :)

June 27, 2011 - Email rec'd "Status - Approved"

July 1, 2011 - 10 yr GC arrived

Just looking at the chart, it looks like most people who had a NOA1 dated the 21 have gotten theirs already. I'd give it another day or three, and then call them if you still don't have anything.

I waited 5 1/2 weeks before my bio appointment letter came. :wacko:

Yeah I've been there before as part of the fiance visa biometrics.

So did I. My apologies for not being clear. I wanted to know if anyone had gone there and had their bio appt done early.
