I have another question. The part on the I-751 form where it says to list your children. I have a daughter from a previous marriage. Do I list her on the application? Or do I put none since we have no children together?

She actually lives with my husband and I as I have primary custody. She is 5. She is just not the LPR's (my husband) child. I didn't know if we just list the children in the house or only list children we have together?

I just did an early Bio in Alexandria yesterday and it was fine. My original bio date was April 19th, but I just walk in the morning - very quiet and friendly office and got it done. If you drive from DC it takes about 50min to get there. Good luck to both :thumbs:

I'm hoping for the same, I had my AOS biometrics in Alexandria :thumbs:

I got m biometrics done early 03/30/2011 @ San Jose office... my appointment date was 04/18/2011. The security was very kind and the entire process took 15 mins.

Timeline:

K1 - Fiance Visa

05/15/08: Filed for K1

12/01/08: Interview Scheduled for 9:00 AM at US consulate Chennai

12/01/08: Approved at 11:30 AM

12/04/08: Got the passport with the VISA stamped :D

12/09/08: Got on the airlines and arrived at LAX at 6:15 PM POE took 4 mins

01/27/09: The big day - WEDDING

01/28/09: Applied for SSN

02/12/09: Got SSN in the mail

02/17/09: Got Marriage Certificate

AOS

02/28/09: Filed AP, AOS and EAD

03/13/09: NOA received (AP, AOS and EAD)

03/13/09: Biometrics appointment received

03/18/09: RFE mailed

I would post this as a new topic and see how other VJ members weigh in. It specifically states "list all your children". Because it gives an option to say if they live with you or if they have a U.S. address indicates that they just want to know if you have kids. You can always attach another sheet stating the information about your daughter and note specifically that she is not immigrating/does not live with you just to be sure.

Nice OBX!!! Good to see some progress..

I am trying not to get too caught up with the waiting but it's hard. I check VJ every so often and checking my online bank account 2-3 times a day, hoping they cash check or something (even though I know that once I don't see the transaction in the morning, it'll not appear for that day).

Waiting makes me do crazy and irrational things :wacko:
