My Wife Baby Girl application

Good Evening:

I send 2 I 130 forms back in OCt 2010

The question is as Fallow

1) My wife baby Girl Birth Certificate send w. the applications have only my wife last names as the father never recognize the child.No father name on BC,

2) My wife got the court Judgment that specify that the kid will have her's Fathers LAst name . This may happend in a few weeks .

Note : The last name of the child rigth now is really similar as the one she will get ones the final Judgment come down from the Colombian Court.

a) Example child last name right know is Rodrigez Rivera and as the judgment come down will be Rivera .Rodriguez .

I just send 2 REF's to the CSC for some other documents that got me thinking that we may get our NOA 2 soon . Hopefully

Do we need to stsrt the bay case again?

Or

Can we continue and adjust the last name issues Later?

Im sure the father will enter his signature in any document to allow the kid to come to the US . However this situation got me worry.

As i explain before the child last names will only change order.

Any advice .

Yes, you can continue and include the name change documentation during the NVC or Consular stage.
