The sponsor gets an NOA1 (initial acceptance letter) for the i-130 and an approval letter after your interview. That's all :)

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

So I sent in my stuff and it has been picked up by someone from the USCIS in Chicago. I want to display my timeline just as you have on your posts, how do I do that ?

Note: I have already updated my "timeline."

The timeline at the bottom of posts is just a signature :) There is an edit signature option in the profile part someplace, then it's just typed in :) Glad you got it sent out!
