Folks just feel better being able to have that person to person interaction they can pulse, get information from, make suggestion, or complaints.

Well, then that is the problem. I suggest that if you are going to complain, you stick to what the complaint is.

The original reason I stoppen in here was because of the use of the word 'overdue'. That has a very specific meaning in USCIS-speak: when the posted processing date is 30 days past one's NOA date, then the case is overdue.

Historically, until one reaches that time, there is nothing the SC will do for you. Usually an RFE negates even that guarantee, so I can't say what the IMBRA RFEs will do to the official complaint channedl, but I have an idea. :)
