just need some advice

Hi All,

I post my story here because I would like hear you guys' suggestions on my case;

I came to the USA with K-1 visa, married and filed AOS, then I got a conditional green card. I got divorced during processing of remove condition of green card (I-751).

So I re-filed I-751 waive by myself, and went to interview on Jan 28,2010,I haven't heard anything since.I don't know what my immigration are between "pending" or " Removal Proceeding"

In Aug 2010, I re-married with a USC and plan to work on CR-1 visa if I got the negative decision from my I-751 waive. My questions are;

1. Do I need to hire a lawyer to work on my CR-1 visa (in the future)?

2. If I got the final decision as negative, and got the deportation letter, will I am able to back to the States as CR-1 visa holder? Or will be harder?
