I have a few simple questions which I'm sure there are answers for somewhere, but I am so slammed with work right now that I just don't have time to read through a bunch of threads – sorry!

I'm going to send out my AOS and IV packages together next week as soon as my IV fee bill shows as paid. I know it won't be a problem sending them together, but I just have a couple of logistical questions:

1) Since each cover sheet gives you a different address/department to send the packet to, if I put them in the same USPS Priority Mail envelope, which department should I address the whole package to?

2) Will it be OK to just use a big binder clip to keep all the documents of each packet together (with the appropriate barcoded cover sheet as the top page of each, or should I put them in separate envelopes (or wrap something around them) before sticking them in the flat rate envelope?

3) I was just planning on using a USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope ($4.95 or something for delivery in 2-3 days). Any other "musts" in terms of extra services, e.g. delivery confirmation, registered mail, or certified mail?

Thanks! I'm so excited to get this stuff out!

binder clips are OK - as long as the barcoded coversheet for each thing is on top of each thing.

3) I was just planning on using a USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope ($4.95 or something for delivery in 2-3 days). Any other "musts" in terms of extra services, e.g. delivery confirmation, registered mail, or certified mail?

send it to the postal address (not the courier address), do not ask for signature... delivery confirmation is OK. if you pay for postage online at usps.com, delivery confirmation is free, if pay at post office, is extra.

Thanks! I'm so excited to get this stuff out!
