Do you have the email with the invoice of IV fee? If not, this can be the reason.

No i dont think so because i didn't have the email for the AOS fee but was able to pay it on Tuesday.

I just saw that you do EP and I can not tell you info about that. Ask Saylin because she is the expert. Good luck.

Doing EP doesn't make a difference for receiving correspondence from NVC. The only difference is we email packages instead of snail mail.

I never received any invoices from NVC, so it differs from case to case what kind of correspondence you get. I also never received any instructions on the AOS package. For whatever reason, NVC isn't consistent on sending out the same packages/correspondence to everyone who goes through this process headbonk.gif

Yes, i too have not received any correspondence with regards to the AOS fees. It was generated though and we paid yesterday and sent in the doccuments today . My husband received the email with the NVC instructions for the DS 3032 on Monday but other than that i have no other correspondence from NVC. .

Just got off the phone with an operator and she says i cant see the fee because it hasn't been billed yet. Strange. Well i'll give it a day and see what happens. Fingers crossed.

Paranoid much

Well-deserved. I actually honestly believe that petitions from those in the military service should be expedited. You guys serve this country better than most guys in the USCIS!

I fourth it..

Called AVR, after speaking with a rep it is a false positive.

AOS was accepted.

IV was delivered just this past Monday so hopefully that is accepted soon and than CC.

_Erick_, when did you send your request?

My original request was sent on 24FEB11 and I never received a reply, so I sent again a week later... still nada. Finally, on 15MAR11 I started sending the same email EVERY day (just trying to get a response). Then finally found out yesterday that it was approved. So... really don't know which of the 5 or so emails was approved :D

You have a VALID reason. Thanks for sharing! How soon did they get back to you?

See above

I'm sorry about the several posts. My connection messed up for a sec and I don't know how to delete the other two posts.

It's okay.... I thought maybe you had the hiccups

Hello everyone. Hope everyones case is progressing in a timely fashion! I know it never seems to be fast enough!

My IV & AOS fees were updated to a "Paid" status on the payment-portal. I think I over-paid the AOS fees though,,,,my lawyer indicated I had to pay it for each of my 3 cases, but reading the notes on the payment portal,,, sounds as if I only needed to pay 1 $88 fee that would have covered all 3 cases? Hmmm,,,,

yup.... you only pay $88 once (it covers all three). The IV fee on the other hand, you will have to pay that 3 times.... OUCH ($1212)

I have sent the COA soon after we give them email address.

As soon as I received the Case Number and IIN, I sent them the infamous DS-3032 email but, never received a response. Once I received an email from them containing the case number, my AOS bill became available to pay... and I sent the DS-3032 again... two days later, I received confirmation that they accepted the DS-3032. My recommendation is send the DS-3032 via email. If you don't receive a confirmation/acceptance email from them, send the DS-3032 again AFTER you pay the AOS fees.
