So, that's two countries now that I know of that can do advance medicals: Philippines and the UK. Interesting, interesting....

In no way was I saying that I wished Canada had advance medical. Just stated that there was only 2 countries (that I know of) that allow it. I'm not looking forward to my medical at all

He probably won't. And I wouldn't seriously want to be punched in the face. But I do wish I was somehow knocked out, so I wouldn't have to witness the blood test.... Maybe chloroform would work... Hmmm

Yes, you can do medicals in advance. There are 3 clinics that are agreed by US Embassy and you can have the result in the same day. You need only the passport and 2 photos and you are good to go.
