Wait a day, try again. Sometimes (eek) the queue gets full, and the email server gets misconfigured, and starts bouncing emails .

Got my AOS invoice email notification today but the automated payment system is only giving me the Sign In Failed error, so I can't pay it! Every step seems to have some sort of snag.

I got the DS-3032 in my email. It's asking for my wife's signature and I think it will take two weeks if she sends the form from there to NVC. Is the email route reliable by which I mean writing it like this.. http://www.visajourn...il_DS-3032_form

Has anyone tried to scan their printed out DS-3032 and email it to NVC as well?

A lot of people here email the DS-3032 following the template you linked and get a response the next business days or a few days later.

Make sure you're using Internet Explorer to pay bills. If you're using another browser, you might get problems.

A lot of people here email the DS-3032 following the template you linked and get a response the next business days or a few days later.

Make sure you're using Internet Explorer to pay bills. If you're using another browser, you might get problems.

Thank you, I am using IE and again today still the SIF. I phoned and spoke to an operator who also told me to use IE but gave no other explanation aside from, sometimes their servers are busy. I can't believe the payment portal would be 'busy' for 3 days running now though. :crying:

Yeah, I've noticed over the last month that a lot of people have been having problems with signing into the payment portal. Hopefully NVC fixes whatever issue they're having. Just keep trying every few hours to sign in!

STILL unable to pay our AOS fee because the online payment portal keeps giving me a SIF. Now on day 5 of it not working. This is so frustrating.
