My Wife is in U.S she wants to file marriage visa for me. according to I130 instruction form only following forms need to be filled if you notice i a missing any document please tell me.

- I-130, Petition for Alien Relative

- G-325A, Biographic Information

- E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance (optional)

I found I-130 package forms list from the following link

is she a USC?

We sent those items as well as bonafide marriage information from 9 witnesses from both sides,copy of original nikah nama, certified english translation, 4 pictures from my time in karachi, a couple of wedding and two random pics of otehr things, his passport info, my passport info, both copies of birth certificates, my divorce decree, his NIC card copy and english translation.... and the check but we also file for cr1 visa not k1 visa...

please before you send anything read the guides at the top of the forums for your classification of visa... is she a USC? read as many posts from others sending i 130 for your catagory as well.

btw it says your filing k1 visa but your saying your wife is filing for you from US...can you clarify your situation so you can get better answers? it says your timeline k1 visa has gone thru..and interview was in october 2009? just let us know please so we can help better...

2 year back we filed k1 but it got stock in admin process now 2 week ago we marriage and want to file marriage visa, i already have sent k1 visa cancelation letter to USCIS. yes she is USC

ohh ok then...go to the guides at the top of the page and look at filing cr1/ir visa...that will get you thru i 130 and the receipt notice...there is much more reading after i 130 but focus on this first....just be sure to include evthing listed in this step...as i said in my last post i sent as much info as i could without complicating my case but enough to ensure that they know its a legitimate marriage...you must include the nikah nama and english translation tho....let us know after reading if you have any more questions.

and i would change your timeline to reflect your newest filing

You need to send 2 G325a's, one for the petitioner and one for the beneficiary.

You also need to include a copy of the marriage certificate as proof.

It is advisable (read the I-130 instructions from the USCIS site) to include evidence to show comingling of finances etc, such as joint lease, bank accounts, bills.
