submitted DS-260 Three times

Hi Everyone well we submitted the DS-260 online today I was with my lawyer and he had never done the DS-260 before he didnt know what the beneficiary I.D number was.so he put in the invoice I.D number.Bad mistake it was the wrong number.My wife singed and submitted the DS-260.Later that night I called the NVC operator and she gave me the correct Beneficiary I.d number.Then I called the NVC operator again and she told me to resubmit the DS-260.with the write Beneficiary I.D number so we did.It seemed to submit the second DS-260 then after the status of the DS-260 said complete.A few minutes later it said incomplete.So we submited it again for the third time.Then i realized that it might have said incomplete because we hadnt sent in the supporting documents yet like pictures and birth certificate.And then after submitting it the third time I noticed that ther is a question at the end of the document that asked if anyone has helped you with the document.On the first submission the lawyer had filed out his name in that section because he was helping us.But after reviewing the third submission of the ds-260 it changed with out us changing it and it said no in that section.saying that no on had help with the document.So now I dont know what to do. Dose any one have any advise or experience with some thing like this will I get an RFE,will it delay the reviewing proses because we submitted three DS-260? I sent the NVC an Email telling them the story and the correct Beneficiary I.D number.Im so confused and disappointed.Please help!!!!
