packet 3 handled at NVC, pay 404 and 88 there.

Packet 4 handled at US Embassy, usually no fees to pay at Embassy, but must handle monies for medical and visa packet shipping plus any copying fees that you might incur.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

As far as I know - $88.00 AOS fee, $404.00 IV fee. Medical fees vary from country to country. Medical in the Philippines is $213.35 (payable in PHP). Repeat medical tests can add a few pesos. Philippines uses 2GO courier with no fee for visa delivery. Your particular Embassy may (or may not) have additional fees; you should check their website.
