So we got our packet 3 in the mail and sent it out, no problem.

My question is in the packet for our K-1 visa it says we need to pay CITIC Bank 131 USD and present the receipt at the interview. The problem is the website in Guangzhou claims the payment should be 350 USD. Anyone know the exact amount we need to pay? perferable someone who got a visa from Guangzhou recently?
