Employment Certificate

I read on the Wiki here that employment certificate is needed. If I submit my W2 and IRS transcripts, are these not sufficient to show that I am working and can support my beneficiary?

You could also include letter from employer stating work duration hourly wage and annual wage. Also could include paystubs.

The tax transcript is a must. You don't need W2 with an IRS transcript but you can include it.

A current employment letter stating your position and current salary is used to suport your tax information. As in it shows you are still currently working and making a sufficient salary

It was necessary for us as your tax stuff was done in February and our interview was in May - without the certificate, there was no guarentee my husband was still working in the job outlined in the tax stuff

ok guys so tax return is good to send or i have to get a certified copy if so how do i get certified copy cuz my co-sponsor have not file his tax return yet and i was thinking soon as he do file i am going to send the I-864 and paper work .

sofar form I-864,empolyee letter,tax return 2010 e-filing with W2, and passport copy. is good enough .thank you
