He is married so mark 1 in the box.

A friend of mine had a co sponsor, married also, after receiving a blue slip at Interview, Guangzhou. Sent in the co sponsor documents, and then received a notice that the co sponsor's wife had to send in a 864a also. Delayed the Visa many months, but they finall receive the Visa last month. I do not know if this is how it works all the time. Good luck....
