M1 visa but not in school due to financial reasons

Your status is AOS pending, and your original intent when coming to USA was school and looks like it still is.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I am married and I recently had to leave school because of financial reasons and im in the process of switching to a cheaper school..will this affect my aos?

Have you started the AOS process yet?

I AM GOING TO SOON..JUST WAITING ON THE IRS DOCUMENTS FOR THE SUPPORT FORM. I AM STUCK I AM ONLINE LOOKING FOR CHEAPER SCHOOLS BUT SEEING THAT THE SEMESTERS ALREADY BEGAN I CANT ENROLL IN SCHOOL SO I WOULD HAVE TO APPLY JUNE TO GO TO SCHOOL FOR SEPTEMBER.

So that makes a difference, when will you be out of status with the M1 visa, since you are no longer in school. If you are out of status, then you will not be legally back in status until after you have filed the AOS and received the NOA1. Isn't a M1 visa a vocational school visa, so with the change in vocational school doesn't that means starting all over again?

i will be out of status in may but by next week i will be filing the AOS.
