tourist visa denied, next week CR1 interview: so anxious!!

Hi all VJ...!

I was denied a tourist visa on 2009.

June 2010 I got married and on next week

We are having our CR1 interview. Now that

Time is really close, am starting to get

In panic and so anxious and my mind is setting

All possible questions that I may be ask(I believe

Is normal right?). Could I get a denial because

Of that?? Should that be a problem?

My husband has visit me 11 times in two

Years of relationship, we have tonds of

Evidence, pics, mails, call etc.

Should that be enought? Have anyone got a tourist

Visa denied but no problems and the Cr1 interview??

Greeting to all, and sorry but starting to freak out jejeje!

Immigrant Interview Information Hope this helps some. It's from the embassy and outlines all the requirements of what you should bring. You seem to be covered on the proof part and the tourist visa may come up but shouldn't , in my opinion , be a big deal. Relax, be honest , and take a few deep breaths!!!! I'm sure you'll be fine!!!

Unless the reason tourist visa was denied was due to something that would also applie to immigrations, for example a drug habit, criminal activities, or perhaps an over stay, being denied a non immigrant visa should not affect an immigrations visa.

If denial of tourist visa was because the consulat suspected immigrations, this will not affect an immigrations visa, CR-1 is for immigrating.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
