Hi.

Does anyone know a good and reasonably priced company in HCM city that can help my fiancee

put her interview package together? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Did your fiancée get the instruction package from the embassy? Why your fiancée do not follow the package from embassy? It is easy to prepare interview package and no need pay to anyone to help you.

Regards,

M&S forever

Why can't you do it for her? Most of the stuff can be done by you and sent back to her.

EXACTLY!! You ought to be able to organize the entire thing even if you don't have the documents there. Simply give your fiancee a list of what's needed and in the proper order.

I sent the package over and used post-its to flag the spots where she would include certain items.

I organized ours and took it in a file folder to her personally and then we went over everything... you can get all of the info you need in the VN regional... IOM as joe said can also be a help but nobody knows your case better than you.

My wife is using a 'dich vu' service to prepare for her coming visa interview. She has an uncle that works there, and I can obtain the location and phone number if you're interested.

Although I prefer doing the paperwork and preparation myself (and have been doing), she needs that piece of mind of having someone schedule medical interviews and I think they add some kind of sticker or stamp on her interview package for the consulate to know. It costs $150 USD they'll even help you pay for the airline ticket and walk you through airport check-in.

I do see it as money going down the drain, since I'm pretty much doing all the grunt work of getting all paperwork together. Then again if you know how hospitals in VN are, it's nice to get it done fast and the only way to do this is to pay some security guard or nurse some little scratch. But this is 150 in addition to the medical bill so don't think everything is included.

I thought IOM was what my wife was using but it turns out it's another service within Disctrict 1. The services from IOM are so similar I got them mixed up.
