Visa bulletin dates has been backed ?

Hi

Can anyone please shad light on it " Why visa bulletin dates for category 4 (4th) has been backed to 01 Jan 2000.

2 months before the current date was 01 Jan 2002 but within 2 months the current dates are back to year 2000 so what will be effect and if someone current date was Aug 2002 so how long they have to wait again 2 to 3 years.

So kindly guide me,i will be very much thankful for you on this kind of help

It has to do with numbers left over from the other pref classes they do vary causing the priority dates to shift on a monthly basis.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Will it affect on duration because now it will start its counting again from 2000 year Is it so?

of course, you still have to wait until your priority date is current, so more waiting.
