i called the customer service center at 10 am and the automated system told me to call back 8am-8pm..... what should i do? im so frustrated!

Request for expedite: 02/24/2011

NOA2-I-130 APPROVED!: 03/16/2011

Interview date: 7/7/2011

When you call. No NEED to be frustrated.

Maybe there was a problem with the automation.Just try again. These things happen.

05/13/2011 (Day 65) EAD received in the mail
05/14/2011 (Day 66) Email confirming EAD approved (Case updated online TOUCH)
05/20/2011 (Day 72) SSN In the Mail.

09/08/2011 (Day 200 ) Email notification of Interview.
10/11/2011 Interview at 26 Federal Plaza, NY!
Interviewed and Am expecting RFEs!
10/13/2011 (Day ***) Received RFE-- Requesting that I provide documentation to prove I was never married in Uk or Illin
02/11/2012 (Day ***) Service request..Told its being reviewed by supervisor

24th March 2012!!!!!!!!!!! Email notifiying me of CARD IN PRODUCTION
03/26/2012 (Day 376) Emails confirming that my I-130 and I-485 have been approved.

4/2/2012 Green Card In Hand!

Unbelievable that my journey took this long but Im thankful

Next Stop Premed...Yup!

3/24/2014 Application for conditions to be removed

9/22/2014 APPROVED without interview.

I would go with either the system wasn't turned on yet, is not functioning correctly or you called at your timezone not the timezone the center is in.

In any case call again. Or maybe call a different place depending on what it is you need.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Today I FINALLY got a rep on the phone that could help me...I haven't been able to see any of our info online or thru automated phone service..but THANKS TO ALLAH today I find two reps that were understanding and kind and looked it up and sent it to the next one who had better deeper info...and they did FINALLY CONFIRM that we were in the system and as of now no RFE and he told me it still looks only to be up to 5 months wait...said it could be anytime now...up to 5 months from our filing time...INSHALLAH we will hear soon then...and said not to worry the IT dept doesnt always get the receipt numbers entered...but said to keep calling back no less than every 30 days... :) THANKS ALLAH for that little bit of information...really needed to confirm this...
