I 130 approved but still not get NVC case#

My I-130 already approval for about 4 weeks.I call NVC they said my case is not create.

I saw some forums.Thay got NVC case number in couple days.Why?

I too wish I had a good answer. I can say that it all depends on when it was received by USCIS. Even though approved it may be in a pending status to be transferred to the NVC. Some field offices or Service Centers are slower than others.

looks like now NVC is getting swamped due to the CSC to TSC to CSC applicants (around 36000) getting a decision in Feb and approved petitions moving to NVC at lightning speeds and getting piled over each other..may be now NVC needs more staff.

Called and talked with the operator around 11pm EST today and finally after 2 weeks after

NOA2 txt came, our numbers are assigned. Last nite the NVC operator guy said

it takes 4-6 weeks to get assigned so don't take what they say.

call NVC and hit 5 and talk to operator. In the morning Auto Voice said no case so

hopefully you get it in too.

Do you know when to send DS-3032 email?

The operator told me wait until they send us email.
